After my car accident, I did EXTENSIVE research on body shops. I heard too many horror stories from friends/family about their car being in the shop too long or shoddy parts. A lot of the shops I considered either had bad customer service or didn't work with my insurance. Then I found The Body Smith Shop which is just a 5 minute walk from my house. Convenience is always a plus. I only interacted with Vinny and I woman who worked in the office and they're both friendly and personable people.
Vinny and his team worked through my insurance and was able to fix my car and make it look amazing within a speedy amount of time (about a week). He also fixed a part of my car that was damaged in a prior accident at a very good rate. Definitely coming back if I ever have any body issues.
I have taken my car here twice, and I can't say enough about this place. The guys are friendly, honest, thorough, and fast. The first time I came in, it was for some small repairs, but the second time was after an accident that resulted in around $2000 in damage. The Body Smith guys handled everything like pros, from dealing with the insurance people, to getting the work done. They accounted for every detail, and got the work finished exactly when they said they would. Everything inside was repaired, and everything outside was replaced and color-matched perfectly (including some small pinstripes) with no trace of any damage whatsoever.
I would happily come back here, and recommend these guys to anyone.
This is by far the BEST place to take your 4 wheeled baby if it is ever in an accident. They take GREAT care of ur car and YOU. Working on being a third generation body shop they really are very knowledgeable in auto repair arena. Wouldn't let anyone but them touch my car.

They take care of everything for you, dealing with the insurance adjusters to get the best outcome for your claim and they can even pre-arrange car rentals.

Just as everyone dislikes going to the dentist, a trip to an auto body shop can be stressful with the fear of the unknown. Vinny Delvecchio is like Dr. Feelgood. He'll make the visit painless.
